The rest:
June 5th, 2020: At the heels of Sunday’s peaceful demonstration, more than 500 Franklin Township community members mobilized in ninety-degree heat to carry out the second local protest to memorialize the life of George Floyd and condemn police brutality.
June 3, 2020: Nearly 1,000 protestors – both in cars and on foot – gathered on Woodbridge Avenue in Highland Park to peacefully protest the killing of George Floyd.
June 6, 2020: Hundreds of protestors gathered on the lawn and steps of the Somerset County Courthouse on Saturday evening, the second in a series of three back-to-back peaceful demonstrations.
April 17, 2020: The Corner Café and Grill has proven itself to be a staple to the Franklin Township community — not only because they serve what are arguably the best sandwiches in town, but because of their willingness to give back during the COVID-19 crisis.
